Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Our Mons Only classes offer a variety of intensity levels so that you can develop the workout program that is just right for you.

Body Back: our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class with the option of nutritional coaching. These high-energy classes will keep your muscles and metabolism burning all day long.


This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet twice per week for group runs, and we run rain or shine. Our group runs will take place on the following days:

Our Training Program includes:

  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal!
  • Twice weekly coached training runs with additional run/week completed on your own (attending both group runs is strongly encouraged, but you may still participate if you can only attend one group run per week)
  • Included access to Strides 360 fitness program
  • Weekly motivational & educational materials from your coach!

Tomoka Marathon & 5K

(Training program does not include race entry fees).

  • Private Facebook page for women to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • Fuel samples
  • FUN and UNIQUE opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club Sisters while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!
