I am the mother of Payton Gray 8 years old and a 3 week old baby boy named Copper. My fitness teaching started after I was married with my son 8 years ago. I have always had a passion for health and fitness and feel blessed to be able to be a positive and healthy influence in lives of so many beautiful women and children. My goal for my classes is to create a fun and inviting atmosphere and have you feel strong and confident. Staying healthy and fit ampongst our hectic mommy lifestyles can be hard so it's important to create a habitual lifestyle. That will keep us well so why not find a fun way to do so. Kellie Sprague is Wife to Billy and Mother to Willow, Wyatt and Sawyer. She developed a love for fitness as a child when she competed in gymnastics and ran track. She not only promotes a healthy lifestyle but maintains one as well. She loves to stay in shape by participating in group fitness such as circuit training, cycling and HIIT classes. She is also a photographer, event planner, actor, teacher and speaker.
With her energetic personality and positive attitude, she is ready to take on her new position as a Body Back fitness instructor for FIT4MOM. You really are what you eat! Health truly is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. Whether you are new to exercise or would like to reach a new fitness goal, she is ready to work with you. She has a heart for women, a passion for health and wellness and her mission is to inspire and motivate women both spiritually and physically.

I'm overwhelmed with blessings to have found a village of women and moms alike at FIT4MOM, And excited to be a trainer for Stroller Strides/Fit4Baby NSB. A little bit about my journey into my current role as a mentor and healthy strong Mommy mentally and physically through "Our Village". I have 3 beautiful children ranging from all ages. My oldest being 21, middle child 11, and my miracle baby being 4. I have been in the marketing and medical industry for over a decade now and decided to get into a holistic and healthy life due to my youngest child having many neurological malformation. The struggles have been real. But with the support of prayer my husband and my village of mamas, I never felt alone.more

I have worked in medical for 14 years and health and nutrition is very important to my family. Being a mom to 3 very active boys, I am always on the go. My daily workout is to keep me in shape for them but to make me a better Women and mom. Workouts are good for the body and soul.
